Purpose
This grant to the University of California, San Francisco is in support of a scalable and externally evaluated program to address current gaps in graduate training by preparing doctoral students with the professional skills necessary for non-academic careers, dedicated mentorship for exploring nonacademic science careers and hands-on internship experiences in relevant environments.
