Purpose
This grant to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology will provide support for the acquisition of a next generation DNA sequencing platform to enable important advances in the field of marine microbial ecology. This grant is part of a multi-grant strategy to expand the diversity and capacity of DNA sequencing technologies available to marine microbial ecology researchers.
