To enabling legal experts to continue working with the Governor's Climate & Forest Task Force (GCF) to jointly develop a set of standards, criteria, and architectures for Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation implementation by the GCF member states and provinces. The work of the GCF will also inform and be aligned with California state and United States federal rules governing international forest carbon offsets.
