To design an interdisciplinary science and conservation initiative that will use the unique baseline conditions of the Palmyra Atoll to examine the sources of coral reef resilience in the face of human impacts. Funding will be used to facilitate the activities of a team of coral reef experts as they design and vet a detailed proposal for future science and conservation activities, outputs, and outcomes.
