Foundation president, Harvey Fineberg, and chairman emeritus and co-founder, Gordon Moore, discuss the Statement of Founders’ Intent with staff.
Established in 1994, Mexico City-based Fondo Mexicano Para La Conservacion De La Naturaleza works to conserve Mexico's biodiversity and natural resources.
The organization raises financial resources from international organizations and private foundations, and executes most of its projects through local and regional nongovernmental organizations, research institutes and partnering environmental organizations.
The organization’s projects have included funding initiatives that support conservation efforts and sustainable use of natural resources, biodiversity and ecosystem services, with a focus on conserving marine and coastal ecosystems and reversing deforestation and forest degradation trends.
Thank you for sharing.
