Located in Loveland, Colorado, the Medical Center of the Rockies is a 166-bed regional medical center providing a full spectrum of clinical services and specializing in heart and trauma care. The center, which opened in 2007, has two intensive care units, a birthing center and special care nursery, medical and surgical nursing units, inpatient acute rehabilitation units and full service radiology and lab departments. In 2010, the center earned the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Magnet designation recognizing excellence in nursing services.
The Medical Center of the Rockies operates under a partnership between the University of Colorado Health and Regional Health West Services systems. The center is home to Air Link, which is UC Health's emergency medical, critical care air transportation program.
