Biography
Ciera focuses on investment strategy including total portfolio risk management, asset allocation, and rebalancing. She also manages the investment team’s operations. Earlier in her career, Ciera was an investment officer at the University of California Regents where she managed a $1 billion portfolio of private equity and venture capital managers. She also previously held junior positions at the Moore Foundation and L.E.K. Consulting. Ciera has an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where she graduated magna cum laude.
