For expanding the On-site Masters in Nursing Cohort Program at Stanford Hospitals & Clinics and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital ("Stanford/Packard"), to enable graduation of an additional eighteen MSN students employed at Stanford/Packard and other San Francisco Bay Area hospitals. This grant will also support an evaluation of the current program and a study to assess the feasibility and opportunity for additional on-site Master's in Nursing programs in the San Francisco Bay Area.
