This grant supports Holy Names University's master clinical faculty program. The three-year pilot program offers skilled clinical nurses the opportunity to become clinical faculty while maintaining employment. Outcomes include the addition of 50 clinical faculty members and increased education capacity in the Bay Area to train 500 new RNs annually.
