This grant enables the University of San Francisco School of Nursing to develop, implement, and evaluate a new Clinical Nurse Leader training program. In addition to a general need for more nurses, hospitals also need more highly trained nurses capable of assuming clinical leadership roles. Outcomes include the addition of 60 MSN nurses to Bay Area hospitals.
