Outcomes include improvement of RN job satisfaction by 30% to 90%, retention rate of 5% to 10%, increased quality of nursing care at a minimum of three hospitals participating in the Bay Area Nurse-to-Nurse Program, and dissemination of the project to a minimum of four additional hospitals.
