The purpose of this grant to the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) is to hold an IHI seminar entitled "Cracking the Code to Hospital-Wide Patient Flow" in the San Francisco Bay Area (SFBA). The seminar, which will be attended by staff of SFBA and/or Greater Sacramento hospitals, will educate the participants in the principles and best practices to improve patient flow.
