This grant to the Global Canopy Programme will support the preparation and dissemination of non-partisan analysis of proposals to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change on financial mechanisms for developed countries to support developing countries’ climate mitigation and adaptation activities, including Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation (REDD). This grant will also support the continued dissemination of previous analyses of REDD implementation proposals.
