In support of the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution in the design and potential pilot implementation of a bi-partisan, inclusive public engagement process by the National Ocean Council in furtherance of the United States National Ocean Policy. Funding will be used to produce best practice recommendations for eliciting and incorporating input from the general public and a broad spectrum of ocean users, including tribes.
