This grant supports the planning and implementation of an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program at three sites. The 12-month program is designed for nursing school applicants who already have a bachelor's degree in a non-nursing field. Outcomes include the addition of 540 nurses with BSNs to the Bay Area workforce.
