Foundation president, Harvey Fineberg, and chairman emeritus and co-founder, Gordon Moore, discuss the Statement of Founders’ Intent with staff.
The Hospital Council of Northern and Central California (HCNCC) is using this grant to launch a Regional Hospital Collaborative on Patient Safety. The Regional Collaborative will initially focus on the 100K Lives Campaign and support Bay Area hospitals as they implement Campaign interventions. HCNCC is also serving as a communications hub for hospitals to receive information on the Campaign and to collaborate virtually. Outcomes include regular meetings, a communications center, and assessment of the feasibility of Bay Area Regional Hospital Collaborative, with a broader goal to achieve full participation in the 100K Lives Campaign.
